CANCELLATION POLICY
For all spa bookings 24-hour notice must be given to cancel or significantly amend any booking. Failure to give 24 hours notice of your appointment will result in 100% of the treatment fee and gift vouchers redeemed in full.
Bookings are essential. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment.
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for spa bookings to avoid an initial 50% cancellation fee. If no notice is given a charge for the full value of your scheduled treatments. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Spa 7 Days 8am – 6pm
Bookings may be arranged over the phone or by email. To secure your booking we require a name, mobile number, address, and parking requirements for our Therapists, and payment in full. Bookings can be paid over the phone or via our website with a credit card.
Please understand that during peak times there can be a wait of some weeks for weekend appointments. We suggest planning ahead to avoid disappointment.
